RUNE SAND

Rune Bjerre Sand is a Danish sounddesigner and composer. Born and raised on the west coast of Denmark, he now lives and work’s freelance out of Copenhagen. Rune graduated as a film sounddesigner from The National Filmschool Of Denmark in 2011, and has worked on several feature films both in Denmark and abroad. He received a Robert nomination in best sounddesign for “Shelley” by Ali Abassi, at The Danish Academy Awards in 2017.

Rune works mostly with postproduction sound, specialising in sounddesign, Re-Recording mixing, ADR-work and music editing. He has also worked on several TV shows including Ninjago, Masters Of Spinjitzu and Danish TV shows such as Dybvaaaad and many other shows for broadcasting. Rune also does set recordings on smaller setups like documentary and commercials, as well as other recording jobs including voice over, foley, ADR, vocals and instruments.
